PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & EVENT DATE POLICYA signed agreement and payment are required to reserve your event date. All payments are non-refundable.If the Client cancels, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations requested at least 14 days before the event may, at Pop the Soirée’s discretion, receive a one-time event credit valid for 12 months and subject to availability.Cancellations within 14 days of the event are not eligible for refunds or credits.If Pop the Soirée cannot provide services as planned, it may offer a comparable substitute, reschedule the event, or issue a future event credit at its sole discretion. No refunds will be provided.By submitting payment, the Client agrees to these terms.

What does “organic” mean in terms of balloon garlands?

Organic balloon garlands/ decor have no limited structure while still staying within theme and color scheme.

I have some of my own ideas inspired by Pinterest and other sites, can you create this for me?

Of course! Who doesn’t go Pinterest crazy? We sure do! We do like to disclose that while we can create your vision, we are real people with our own techniques and styles, so no two designs can be the same.

Why is there a deposit requirement?

The deposit serves as a guarantee for you and for Pop the Soirée that the date of your event is scheduled.

What is the equipment fee?

The equipment fee is a fee for events requiring structures provided by us. It is to ensure that our equipment is returned in the same condition it was delivered and reimbursable.

How long do balloons last?

INDOOR – Air-filled balloon designs used indoors can last for several weeks. Their lifespan will vary depending on the conditions within the space. Our helium-filled balloons generally float for at least three days indoors, though they typically last even longer.OUTDOOR – We’re unable to guarantee how long balloons will last when used outside. Environmental factors such as sunlight, heat, wind, and rain can all impact their durability and overall lifespan.

How do I decide on garland sizing?

Can I provide my own balloons?

Yes, but only for specialty balloons such as those with custom logos or personalized messages. Please note that if a balloon is defective or pops during or after inflation, the full charge will still apply. We cannot make any guarantees for customer-supplied balloons.

Does it matter if my soirée is outdoors or indoors?

The longevity of your balloons can vary based on the environment. We highly recommend that balloons remain in shaded areas whenever possible when being set outdoors.
